Is there a particular date that you must have your photos prepared by? I will try my best to have the photos done by that date. Otherwise, average turnaround time for a gallery is approx 3-4 weeks. All Holiday minis will be delivered by December 1st.

The Fine Print

WARDROBE There's no right or wrong answer here, folks! Be as dressed up or dressed down as you like! I recommend planning to coordinate outfits, but not necessarily need to exactly match. Solid colours allow for images to focus more on faces and emotion. For holiday minis, please keep in mind that there will be minimalist holiday decor and christmas tree in studio. SESSION TIME Mini sessions are designed to be quick, effective, and fun! They are booked back to back, so please be mindful of time and try to arrive 10 min early to ensure the day can run smoothly. There will be little leeway for tardiness. SESSION LOCATION Exact location information will be e-mailed to you the week of the mini session with parking information & a map. WEATHER In case of terrible weather, you will be contacted around 24 hours before. For fall minis, the backup date is Saturday, October 26th. If you feel strongly about an outdoor location, you may also opt for your deposit to be held for a future session. You can book a full family session or wait for a future mini session weekend. Individual mini sessions cannot be booked. Your deposit will be valid until the end of the 2025 calendar year. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT 100$ non-refundable deposit fee is due upon completion of this form to reserve your date and time. Please e-transfer to jjosuephotography@gmail.com (with password: photography) The remaining balance is due on the date of the mini session It can be paid via cash, cheque, paypal or e-transfer.
